52 Weeks of Chunky Knits presents 52 trendy and relaxed designs, featuring a variety of techniques, textures and constructions. The book includes patterns for sweaters, cardigans, slipovers and vests, as well as accessories and a few home decor items.

With patterns ranging from easy to advanced, the book is perfect for knitters of all skill levels.

In this collection, the patterns typically have a gauge of 12–14 stitches, or fewer, to 4″ / 10 cm. At this gauge, knitting is much faster — making for ideal last-minute gifts or quick ways to get cosy!

Most of the designs are worked in worsted-weight, chunky or super-chunky yarns or by holdng multiple strands of thinner yarns together.

The book’s patterns are written by 46 talented designers from all over the world: Andrea Aho, Eun Mi Ahn, Veranika Barel, Natalya Berezynska, Sylvie Bouchard, Marion Bulin, Cristina Cusano, Anna Daku, Jaime Dorfman (Jaime Creates), Arianna Frasca, Jonna Helin, Eliza Hinkes, Dami Hunter, Rastus Hsu, Sasha Hyre, Esti Juango, Claudia Joyal Laplante, Faye Kennington, Sini Kramer, Pauliina Kuunsola, Brenda Lam, Pauliina Leisti, Bernice Lim (Yamagara), Lotta H.
